One Handy Katie provides reliable handywoman services and construction project management for homeowners who want quality work and clear communication.

Katie Dalby is a longtime Greeley, Colorado resident, and an active member of the community. Over the course of her 25-year career, she has overseen facilities operations in the healthcare industry, and has overseen medical building construction projects with >$20 million budgets. Katie has always been mechanically-minded and enjoys both hands-on work and project management. In 2025, she launched One Handy Katie to bring her skills and experience to homeowners in the Greeley and Front Range area.

Katie Dalby holds a B.S. in Cross-Cultural Studies, an M.A. in Organizational Management and Development, and certificates in Project Management, Data Analytics, and OSHA Construction. References available upon request.
